Spring 2024 Applications

The Scott County Regional Authority has opened an online grant application for the spring 2024 grant cycle on the website at http://www.ScottCountyRegionalAuthority.com. Spring applications are for programs or projects to be completed between June 1, 2024 and May 31, 2025. 

The deadline for online submission is April 1 with awards announced at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. 

Any non-profit organization exempt from federal income taxes under section 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(19) of the Internal Revenue Code, government organization, or education institution can apply by completing the online grant application.  Applicants must have a local office, a local corporate board of directors, be incorporated in the state of its principal place of business or chartered by the U. S. Government, and serve residents of Scott County, Iowa.

Fall 2023 Applications

The Scott County Regional Authority has opened an online grant application for the fall 2023 grant cycle on the website at http://www.ScottCountyRegionalAuthority.com. Fall applications are for programs or projects to be completed between December 1, 2023 and November 30, 2024. 

The deadline for online submission is September 29 with awards announced at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 21, 2023.

Fall 2020 Applications

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

The Scott County Regional Authority online grant application is now available for the fall 2020 grant cycle.  Fall applications are for programs or projects to be completed between December 1, 2020 and November 30, 2021.  As a result of the economic impact of COVID-19, the revenue distribution for the fall 2020 grant cycle will be significantly lower than previous regular grant cycles.   

The deadline for online submission is October 1 with awards announced in late November.

COVID-19 Response – Spring 2020 Grant Application

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

The SCRA grant cycle in response to the COVID-19 pandemic is open from March 25, 2020 through 11:45 p.m. on May 1, 2020.  Funding decisions will be shared with all applicants after May 21, 2020.  SCRA will only accept grant applications from qualifying organizations that directly serve the residents of Scott County, Iowa and has defined the following two funding priorities:

  1. Organizations or projects serving populations that were already vulnerable before or are disproportionately affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. 
  2. Organization support due to lost revenue or increased demand for services as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Please be aware that our revenue will be significantly less than what we have distributed in previous grant cycles but we are committed to assisting as many organizations as possible with the revenue available during this difficult and unprecedented time. SCRA has also committed $25,000 to the Quad Cities Community Foundation Disaster Recovery Fund to assist with their efforts.
